Agile is a team behaviour, not a set of facts. You can't absorb it by watching videos alone — you learn it by practising with peers and a coach who corrects you in real time. That's why MyPMP only lists live cohorts.

What to look for in a trainer

• Practitioner credibility: have they actually run agile teams, or only taught the theory?
• Live, small cohorts: you want Q&A and feedback, not a webinar broadcast.
• Accreditation where relevant (Scrum Alliance CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).
• Fresh, confirmed batch dates — a sign the provider is active and organised.
• Real reviews from learners who sat the live sessions.

Questions to ask before you enrol

• What's the trainer-to-learner ratio?
• How much of the time is hands-on vs lecture?
• Do I get post-course mentorship or a community?
