Terms of Service

MyPMP is a platform that helps professionals discover live, instructor-led project- and engineering-management training, connects them with training providers and employers, and hosts a learning community and free study tools. Training and certifications are delivered by third-party providers; MyPMP is a marketplace and does not itself award certifications.

You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One account is for one person; do not share or transfer your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

When you post or interact in the community, you agree not to:

• Post unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or misleading content.
• Spam, advertise without permission, or scrape or misuse other members’ data.
• Infringe anyone’s intellectual property or share confidential material you have no right to share.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting, you grant MyPMP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating and promoting it. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the rights to share it.

Course listings, provider profiles, job posts, and member-shared resources come from third parties. MyPMP does not guarantee their accuracy, quality, availability, or outcomes (including exam or hiring results). Any transaction or engagement you enter into with a provider or employer is between you and them.

Some features or programs may involve fees, which will be disclosed before you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers subject to their terms. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.

The Service, including its software, design, text, and branding (excluding user content and third-party materials), belongs to MyPMP and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result (such as passing an exam or getting hired) will be achieved.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyPMP will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for any disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
