How we rank: the MyPMP Score

Most directories rank on whoever pays the most or claims the highest pass rate. We don't. The MyPMP Score is a transparent 0–100 quality signal built only from evidence we can verify — so you can trust the order you see.

Price is never a factor
Paid placement never affects the score
Only verified reviews count
Self-reported claims count for nothing until corroborated

What goes into the score

Reputation · 30%

Verified learner reviews only — from people who actually enquired or enrolled through MyPMP. Bayesian-adjusted so a handful of 5-star reviews can't outrank a long track record.

Verified outcomes · 25%

Pass and completion rates — but only when we can verify them (certification-body checks, or learners we survey after a cohort). Self-claimed pass rates count for nothing until corroborated.

Data trust · 20%

How fresh and accurate a provider keeps its batch details, and whether learners have reported anything wrong. Providers who keep listings current rank higher.

Accreditation (PMI, AXELOS, Scrum Alliance…), institute tier, and the reputation of the trainers who actually deliver the cohorts.

How quickly and reliably a provider responds to learner enquiries. Coming as we roll out response tracking.

The 5-review gate

A provider must earn at least 5 verified learner reviews before it receives a MyPMP Score or appears in any Top institutes list. Until then it's shown honestly as “Not yet rated” — listed, but never ranked above institutes with a proven track record.

Why you can trust it

We measure, we don't ask. The strongest signals are ones we own — verified reviews, data freshness, learner reports — not numbers an institute types into a form. Anything self-reported is treated as unverified until we can corroborate it.

Small samples don't win by luck. A provider needs 5 verified reviews just to be ranked, and ratings are Bayesian-adjusted: even then, a provider with a handful of glowing reviews is shown as Provisional and sits nearer the average until it earns a track record.

Gaming is expensive. Only reviews tied to a real enquiry count, review spikes are flagged, and providers with open accuracy reports are demoted until they fix and re-confirm their listings.

Price is separate on purpose. Like serious rating bodies, we never mix cost into quality. Price is shown and filterable — but a cheaper course never buys a better rank, and an expensive one never buys one either.
