PMP (Project Management Professional)

Run by PMI, PMP is principles- and experience-based. It tests how you *think* about leading projects across predictive, agile and hybrid approaches. It requires documented project experience to sit the exam.

PRINCE2

Run by AXELOS, PRINCE2 is a method — a defined process with roles, stages and governance. There's no experience prerequisite, which makes it accessible earlier in your career.
