A Project List is a single register of every active, planned, and completed project across a team, department, or portfolio, each row capturing status, owner, timeline, and priority. It gives leaders one place to see what is in flight, spot resourcing conflicts, and decide where to focus. Without it, projects scatter across inboxes and spreadsheets and nothing rolls up.
It's part of My QMS, MyPMP's Quality Management System: fill it in online, personalize it with your name and logo, then export a clean, branded PDF. Your work auto-saves in your browser.
The interactive form above gives you:
A Project List is a high-level register of many projects with one row each, while a project plan details the tasks, dependencies, and schedule inside a single project.
A common set is Not Started, On Track, At Risk, Blocked, and Complete, which lets you filter for problem projects and report health at a glance.
Usually a PMO lead or portfolio manager owns the register, with individual project owners responsible for keeping their own rows current.
Membership unlocks white-label export (remove the MyPMP footer), cloud sync across devices, plus all apps & ScheduleX.
