An Action Plan breaks a goal or decision into specific tasks, each with an owner, deadline, and status so nothing stalls between meetings. It converts intent into accountable work and gives everyone a single view of what happens next, by when, and who is responsible. Used well, it closes the gap between planning and delivery.
It's part of My QMS, MyPMP's Quality Management System: fill it in online, personalize it with your name and logo, then export a clean, branded PDF. Your work auto-saves in your browser.
The interactive form above gives you:
An action plan is a lightweight list of tasks, owners, and dates aimed at a specific goal, while a project plan adds scope, schedule baselines, budget, and resource management for larger, multi-phase work.
Assign each action a status and due date, then review them on a regular cadence, filtering for overdue or blocked items so you can reassign or escalate before they hold up the goal.
A single, named individual should own each action; they are accountable for completion even if others contribute, which keeps follow-up clear and avoids tasks falling between people.
Membership unlocks white-label export (remove the MyPMP footer), cloud sync across devices, plus all apps & ScheduleX.
