A Maintenance Schedule is a planned timetable that defines what assets or equipment get serviced, when, by whom, and at what interval. It shifts maintenance from reactive breakdown fixes to a predictable preventive cadence, cutting unplanned downtime and extending asset life. For quality and process work, it also creates the audit trail proving inspections and servicing actually happened.
It's part of My QMS, MyPMP's Quality Management System: fill it in online, personalize it with your name and logo, then export a clean, branded PDF. Your work auto-saves in your browser.
The interactive form above gives you:
Start with manufacturer recommendations, then adjust using failure history, usage hours, and criticality so high-risk or heavily used assets are serviced more often.
Preventive maintenance is done at fixed intervals regardless of condition, while predictive maintenance uses sensor data or inspections to service equipment only when signs of wear appear.
Flag overdue items by status and due date, escalate high-criticality assets first, and log the reason for the delay so root causes like parts shortages can be addressed.
