A RASCI Matrix maps each task or deliverable against the people involved, assigning one of five roles: Responsible, Accountable, Support, Consulted, and Informed. It extends the classic RACI model by adding the Support role, making it useful when work depends on contributors who assist the Responsible party without owning the outcome. Clarifying these roles up front prevents duplicated effort, dropped tasks, and disputes over who decides what.
It's part of My QMS, MyPMP's Quality Management System: fill it in online, personalize it with your name and logo, then export a clean, branded PDF. Your work auto-saves in your browser.

RASCI adds a Support (S) role to the standard RACI model, identifying people who actively help the Responsible party complete a task without being accountable for it. RACI treats such helpers as either Responsible or Consulted, so RASCI gives finer detail on collaborative work.
A person can appear in multiple roles across different tasks, but on a single task the same person shouldn't be both Accountable and Responsible unless the work is small enough that one owner does everything. Keep exactly one Accountable per row to preserve clear sign-off authority.
Support (S) identifies people who provide resources, effort, or expertise to help the Responsible party deliver the task. Unlike Consulted, whose input is sought before work proceeds, Support contributes hands-on to getting the work done.
