A Media Plan maps where, when, and how much you'll spend across advertising channels to reach a defined audience against campaign goals. It ties budget, reach, frequency, and flight dates to measurable objectives so spend is deliberate rather than reactive. Done well, it becomes the single reference point for buying, trafficking, and post-campaign reporting.
It's part of My QMS, MyPMP's Quality Management System: fill it in online, personalize it with your name and logo, then export a clean, branded PDF. Your work auto-saves in your browser.
The interactive form above gives you:
The media plan is the strategy and blueprint, defining channels, budget splits, targets, and flight dates, while the media buy is the execution, negotiating and purchasing the specific inventory outlined in the plan.
Typically reach, frequency, and impressions, plus efficiency measures like CPM, CPC, or CPA, and GRPs for broadcast, all mapped to the campaign's primary KPI such as conversions or ROAS.
Allocate based on where your target audience is reachable and which channels historically deliver against your KPI, then reserve a flexible portion to reallocate toward the best performers once the campaign is live.
Membership unlocks white-label export (remove the MyPMP footer), cloud sync across devices, plus all apps & ScheduleX.
